Our Story
Molina is founded by textile designer Natalie, who cites travel, fashion history and a textile archive amongst influences behind her collections.
After 15 years in public relations and copy writing, time spent working in the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, and a career break looking after her children, Natalie took a foundation degree in Textiles Practice, learning everything from weaving and laser cutting to various surface print techniques, with industry experts on hand to show the way. She is now following her passion for fashion, textiles and travel and delivering narratives through textile design.
Working in a variety of mixed media disciplines, Natalie stays faithful to each collection story through nuanced use of pattern, colour, embellishment detail and fabric choice.
Sustainability
With a considered approach to production, we aim to make sure our fabrics are ethically sourced and only the highest quality natural and cellulose fibres are used.
Our designs begin with a hand-drawn illustration, which is developed through digital or screen printing and intricate hand-stitched embellishment, ensuring our collections are not only unique but have small print runs or limited editions.
