This website is operated by Molina Resort Wear Textiles. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Molina Resort Wear Textiles. All information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, are conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and policies stated here.

By visiting our site and ordering from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and /or billing address/phone number provided at the time of placing an order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to accept our terms at the time of purchase: You undertake that the contact details you provide to Molina Resort Wear Textiles are correct. You are legally the owner of the debit or credit card account, therefore legally allowing you to purchase from this website. You will keep a copy of your purchase for your own records. You are over the age of 18. You agree to return any unwanted goods for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. You will inform Molina Resort Wear Textiles of any change to the delivery and contact information supplied by you.

By ordering from Molina Resort Wear Textiles, you, the customer, are accepting to pay for and accept delivery of the goods. On receipt of the order and payment, Molina Resort Wear Textiles agrees to dispatch the goods. Molina Resort Wear Textiles reserves the right to cancel purchase orders at our own discretion, for whatever reason. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You expressly agree that your use of our products is at your sole risk. In no case shall we be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Postage & Delivery
As a start-up business, we want your customer experience to be smooth and simple, and that includes delivery of our products. Our products are designed by a small team, then printed and stitched. This process takes time as we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship. We will then carefully pack your order by hand. As a result, once we have received your order, it takes us a few days to prepare your item prior to post to you. We use Royal Mail 1st Class, so once your item is shipped out, it should be with you within 1 to 2 days. We do not count weekends or public holidays as production or delivery days.

We currently only ship within the UK, but we are working to expand our delivery options.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class and postage and packaging is free for items over £100.

We do not offer a tracked service as standard, but if this is something you require, please email us at molinastudio@outlook.com and we will respond with options for you.

We’ll hold on to your information for as long as it is needed to be able to provide the services to you, or (in the case of any contact you may have with us, for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting only.
If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.
